Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare loaf pan
In a bowl, mash the three bananas with a fork or potato masher. Then add egg, greek yogurt, coconut oil, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
Add vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth
Add in whole wheat flour and mix until well combined.
Add in chocolate chips. I like semi sweet, but milk chocolate works well.
Cover and let batter rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove from the fridge, uncover, and place the batter in the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes.
Let cool in pan for about 15 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
